Proposing to Win (Proposal Management)
Providence is able to assist our clients with the management and development of corporate responses to Requests for Tender (RFT), Requests for Quotation (RFT) or Expressions of Interest (EOI). The Providence Team is experienced in both development and evaluation of RFTs and RFQs as well as the preparation of commercial responses to competitive RFTs and RFQs. Providence is also able to assists our corporate clients by providing financial and risk analysis to ensure that a proposal is not only best placed to win, but that the solution is both financially and commercially sound.
