Paul Angelatos - Director/Account Manager
Paul Angelatos

Paul, a Company Director, has a wide range of experience across procurement, project, operations and logistic management functions gained from within both the public and private sectors. Paul is a Director of Providence Consulting Group and was previously a senior manager with KBR, Pty Ltd.

Through his public and private sector experience supporting Federal Government initiatives Paul has developed a thorough understanding of the risks and business drivers facing the customer/supplier relationship as well as an expansive list of industry contacts. Aside from his responsibilities as a Director of Providence Consulting Group, Paul is the Account Manager for the Security and Risk business line. Paul is a Member of The Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (Australia) and the American Society of Industrial Security (International).

Tim Byrne - Director/General Manager
Tim Byrne

Tim is a founding Company Director and is currently Providence’s General Manager responsible for the day to day operations of the company.

Tim is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and graduate of the Company Directors Course.  Tim is also a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, and maintains masters level qualifications in project management and systems dynamics. Tim maintains broad consulting, business strategy and commercial management experience.  Tim is particularly adept at ensuring governance, quality and risk management practices are applied to business operations as well as during project planning and delivery.

Richard McShane - Director/Account Manager
Richard McShane

Richard is a Project and Program Manager with key experience in leading multi-disciplined teams to implement strategic ICT reform programs.  Richard is a Certified Practising Program Director with well-practiced project management skills. Richard has lead projects and project management teams in both the public sector and multi-national IT firms and has lead projects with individual budgets in excess of $65m.

Richard has broad and contemporary technical ICT skills which he couples with best practice Program Management disciplines.  His superior written and verbal communication skills, along with public speaking, presentation and facilitation skills enable him to pragmatic strategies to all levels within an organisation. These attributes allow Richard to engage as peers with executive managers (C-Level executives) and technical staff alike.

Richard is a founding Director of Providence Consulting Group.

Grant Hollingsworth - Sales and Service Delivery Executive
Grant Hollingsworth

Grant is an experienced senior manager who, after a successful military career, moved to the private sector in 2002. He has worked as a consultant and in a variety of operations and sales and marketing positions, delivering professional services to Defence, in both the Government and private sectors, in Australia and overseas.

Before joining the Providence Consulting Group, Grant was the General Manager, Defence Consulting within KBR Pty Ltd.  In addition to driving the profitability and performance of the business unit Grant undertook or led the analysis of market segments, developed account plans, prepared proposals and managed client relationships.

Ian Anderson - Principal Consultant
Ian Anderson

Ian is a strong project, contract, technology, logistic and procurement management professional with over twenty five years’ experience in both the commercial and government sectors. He has proven results in the successful management and delivery of several major capital equipment and information system projects.

Ian has natural leadership qualities manifesting themselves in an energetic, well balanced and mature individual. Ian performs equally well as either part of a team, or leading and motivating groups to achieve high quality outcomes. He imparts an assured and confident representational presence as a result of interaction with various international stakeholders in The United States of America, The United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and The Republic of the Philippines.

Andrew Moore - Principal Consultant
Andrew Moore

Andrew is a high-performing, well-motivated professional with exemplary domestic and international training and experience. He is an outstanding achiever within complex logistics, project management, acquisition and procurement roles. He has a strong operations management and general management background in diverse logistic and training organisations complemented by significant human resource/personnel management skills.

Recent national and international logistic and management education and experience has resulted in a strategic systems view becoming a natural way of perceiving problems, with mental agility to focus functionally and narrowly when required.

Troy Kleppe - Principal Consultant
Troy Kleppe

Troy is a Project/Program Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience in Australia and the Middle East. Troy recently returned from overseas to take appointments within the Department of Defence managing a suite of Physical Security Project teams implementing a diverse mix of security systems. In the four years prior, he worked on the requirements analysis, design, installation /implementation and integration of large scale national command and security infrastructure projects within the Middle East – Qatar.

Troy is a personable but forthright senior manager who is highly sought after for his pragmatic advice. Troy has recently taken on the role as the Defence Officers in Business Canberra Chapter coordinator.

Ann Phillis - Principal Consultant
Ann Phillis

Ann is a highly skilled business analyst, with comprehensive experience in business process design, change management, training, and the alignment of information and reporting systems. She has managed numerous business transformation projects, integrating and aligning organisational requirements, people, business processes and system capabilities. She is an expert in streamlining information and reporting processes, creating clear information flows in complex business environments. Ann brings a skilled and mature understanding of organisational dynamics and the nuances of change programs and business reform.

Combined with excellent communication skills, she has successfully negotiated with and influenced stakeholders and providers across government and private sectors to achieve robust, dynamic and adaptable solutions to complex organisational challenges.
