Richard McShane - Chief Executive Officer
Richard McShane

Richard is a career Project and Program Manager with key experience in leading multi-disciplined teams to implement strategic ICT reform programs.  Richard is a Certified Practicing Program Director with well-practiced project management skills. Richard has lead projects and project management teams in both the public sector and multi-national IT firms and has lead projects with individual budgets in excess of $100m.

Richard is a founding Director of Providence Consulting Group and has been at the helm of Providence for the past 8 years.

Mark Cooper - General Manager Strategy and Business Improvement
Mark Cooper

In 2016, Mark joined Providence bringing a wealth of experience across government and non-government sectors. He is highly experienced in strategic planning, governance, business transformation, program and change management, risk management, business acumen and training and facilitation.
Mark is passionate about building strong organisational cultures with collaborative engagement and fostering accountability and ownership amongst staff.
In the community Mark supports various organisations, including volunteer teaching, Defence in Business and the Scouts Association of Australia.

Adash Janiszewski - Director of Risk and Security Management
Adash Janiszewski

Adash is a specialist in Security, Security Risk Management and Business Continuity consulting. He is a highly skilled Security and Risk Management consultant with extensive experience in the Australian Government environment, particularly surrounding the implementation of the requirements of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).

Adash has a strong ability to work at the strategic and operational level and has demonstrated this by fulfilling high-level roles as part of foreign Australian Government bilateral and multilateral stability programs. Adash is a lateral and analytical thinker with a highly technical and practical understanding of security within the Government context.

Ian Anderson - Principal Consultant

Ian is a strong project, contract, technology, logistic and procurement management professional with over twenty five years’ experience in both the commercial and government sectors. He has proven results in the successful management and delivery of several major capital equipment and information system projects.

Ian has natural leadership qualities manifesting themselves in an energetic, well balanced and mature individual. Ian performs equally well as either part of a team, or leading and motivating groups to achieve high quality outcomes. He imparts an assured and confident representational presence as a result of interaction with various international stakeholders in The United States of America, The United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and The Republic of the Philippines.

Luke Martin - Principal Consultant
Luke Martin

Luke Martin is a skilled professional, highly experienced in strategic planning and business transformation, program and change management, risk management, governance, continuous improvement, logistic design and concepts, training and consensus building.

Luke has strong contemporary strategic planning, management and transformation abilities and experience. His approach generates cohesion and ownership from project inception through to delivery and execution. His ability to manage complex high level strategic projects was notably demonstrated as the Chief of Plans NATO Training Mission – Afghanistan. In this role, he led a complex multi-agency team across NATO partners to develop a US$1B capability investment program that would close Afghan capability gaps and enable extraction of NATO partners. The project displayed Luke’s well-developed risk methodology, public relations and political engagement skills to achieve international endorsement of and investment in the program.

Luke has excelled in business improvement projects. He has experience in organisational analysis and design, including the ability to project manage throughout a project’s lifecycle. His process improvement ability was notably demonstrated as the lead of a multi-disciplined team that utilised lean six sigma principles to remove $12M waste in the Army Reserve Recruiting and Training pipeline.

Andrew Moore - Principal Consultant

Andrew is a high-performing, well-motivated professional with exemplary domestic and international training and experience. He is an outstanding achiever within complex logistics, project management, acquisition and procurement roles. He has a strong operations management and general management background in diverse logistic and training organisations complemented by significant human resource/personnel management skills.

Recent national and international logistic and management education and experience has resulted in a strategic systems view becoming a natural way of perceiving problems, with mental agility to focus functionally and narrowly when required.

Grant Hollingsworth - Principal Consultant
Grant Hollingsworth

Grant is an experienced senior manager who, after a successful military career, moved to the private sector in 2002. He has worked as a consultant and in a variety of operations and sales and marketing positions, delivering professional services to Defence, in both the Government and private sectors, in Australia and overseas. Before joining the Providence Consulting Group, Grant was the General Manager, Defence Consulting within KBR Pty Ltd.  In addition to driving the profitability and performance of the business unit Grant undertook or led the analysis of market segments, developed account plans, prepared proposals and managed client relationships.
