QSE Policy Statement

Providence Consulting is dedicated to consistently providing services that demonstrate an in depth understanding of our client’s quality, safety and environmental objectives with outcomes that meet and exceed expectations.  The safety of our staff and minimisation of our environmental impact are paramount.

Providence Consulting employees are required to demonstrate appropriate qualifications and competencies.  Additional training is provided and the effectiveness of that training is monitored, where appropriate.

Providence Consulting is committed to monitoring and developing the effectiveness of the (IMS) at every opportunity, or at least annually, and compliance with all relevant legislation, codes of practice, contractual requirements and standards and in particular ISO 9001:2008, AS 4801:2001, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 31000:2009.

To ensure continuous improvement, Providence Consulting has established a framework for reporting, analysing trends and root causes of all reported needs for improvement, as well as reviewing the effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions and monitoring performance against measurable objectives.  Further corrective and preventative actions are determined and implemented during our bi-monthly  Management Review Meetings, where deemed necessary,.

Our Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) Policy is communicated to all relevant stakeholders through our web site, staff meetings, new employee inductions and through links in the footer of all outbound emails.  All staff are invited to have input into the development and ongoing review of the QSE Policy.

Providence Consulting reviews its QSE Policy at least annually for continuing suitability.
