QSE Policy Statement

Providence Consulting Group (Providence) is dedicated to consistently providing services that demonstrate an in depth understanding of our client’s quality, safety and environmental objectives with outcomes that meet and exceed expectations. The safety of our staff and minimisation of our environmental impact are paramount.
Providence employees are required to demonstrate appropriate qualifications and competencies. Additional training is provided, and the effectiveness of that training is monitored, where appropriate.

Providence is committed to monitoring and developing the effectiveness of our Integrated Management System (IMS) at every opportunity, and at least annually, and our compliance with all relevant legislation, codes of practice, contractual requirements and ISO standards 9001:2015 (quality) and 31000:2009 (risk).

To ensure continuous improvement, Providence has established a framework for reporting, analysing trends and root causes of all reported needs for improvement, as well as reviewing the effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions and monitoring performance against measurable objectives. Further corrective and preventative actions are determined and implemented during our Governance Board Meetings and our twice-yearly IMS Review Meetings.

Our Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) Policy is communicated to all relevant stakeholders through our web site, staff Intranet, staff meetings and new employee inductions. All staff are invited to have input into the development and ongoing review of the QSE Policy.

Providence reviews its QSE Policy at least annually for continuing suitability.
